It seems these days that everyone has an opinion about – well, everything – but in this case, exercise habits come to mind. Our social media feeds are littered with opinions about the “right” way to work out. There is always some new fad, some fresh cultural push to “get fit,” a new “something that will change your life.” All we have to do is jump on the wagon, shell out a couple hundred bucks a month for a trendy gym, and sit back and wait for the results to blow us away.
